Through multi-stage series reactors and segmented temperature control technology, it achieves precise control of monomer conversion rates, with product light transmittance reaching industry-leading levels and a molecular weight distribution index (PDI) below 2.2, perfectly meeting the demands of high-end optical applications. On the other hand, an innovative closed-loop control system is developed, synchronizing the rotational speeds of the main unit with metering pumps and gear pumps. Combined with a gravity-fed high-precision feeder, it ensures constant feed rates, maintaining product thickness tolerances within a micrometer range.

The key components of the production line are carefully selected from high-quality products from around the world. The bimetallic barrel and screw are specially designed with super strong mixing and plasticizing capabilities, which can significantly reduce the generation of crystal impurities and ensure material purity. The hanger style mold adopts a unique dual section flow structure, supporting dual control of coarse and fine adjustment, and coupled with an optimized three roll calendering system, achieving high surface smoothness and flatness of the board. In terms of intelligence, the equipment integrates a full process automation control module, with energy consumption indicators and safety standards reaching international advanced levels. The operation and maintenance are convenient and efficient, and the production efficiency is increased by more than 30% compared to traditional equipment. At present, the main models cover the GW100-1300 and GW120-1500 series, with a product width of 1000-1200mm and a thickness range of 0.175-3.0mm. The designed output can reach 250-450Kg/h, meeting the production needs of different scales.
