CPP CPE film extrusion line ,CPP film, cast polypropylene film cast polypropylene, also known as unstretched polypropylene film, can be divided into general CPP (General CPP, referred to as GCPP) film, aluminized CPP (Metalize CPP, referred to as MCPP) film, and Cooking grade CPP (Retort CPP, RCPP for short) film.

These high-density microporous structures distributed on the surface of the film can allow liquid or water vapor molecules to pass through while blocking the leakage of liquid, so it is named “breathable film”.
CPE film is mainly made of oxidized polyethylene. The product has the characteristics of lightweight, high transparency, strong mechanical adaptability, and moisture resistance. It is widely used in the field of packaging.

There are the following differences in the production process
- The production temperature is different. During CPE production, the temperature in the feed section of the extruder is not higher than 180 ℃, and the die temperature is not higher than 225 ℃;
- The casting roller temperature is different, which can be consistent with the process temperature of the CPP casting film. At the same time, the casting roller can also be set at 50 ℃ ~ 60 ℃;
- Due to different tension control, CPE film requires higher tension control accuracy.
- The deployment methods are different. Because the CPE film is very soft, it is required to be deployed before each active traction, and the deployment method is soft;
- Due to different winding methods, clearance contact winding mode is best adopted for CPE film to avoid discount and stretching.
