Film Extrusion Line is to melt the plastic particles by heating, extruding through the extruder, extruding the plastic melt through the die, and then cooling through the cooling roller or cooling air to form a film. The inside of the extruder is composed of a screw and a screen. The screw rotates to push the plastic particles from the feed port to the discharge port, and heats and melts the plastic particles.
Under the action of the screw, the plastic melt is transported to the die, and the film of different thickness and width is formed by the design of the die. The extruded film is rapidly cooled by a cooling roll or cooling air to rapidly solidify and solidify, and then the finished film is taken up by a pulling roll or a coiler.
